How the Program Works
The CEO, Inc. Partnership Program brings business owners together to participate in quarterly 1-day workshops in a dynamic and interactive environment. The unique combination of innovative programs and collaboration with like-minded peers helps participants gain energy, creativity, and focus they didn't realize was possible. The program content is tailored to focus on specific business owner needs and is continually updated to ensure cutting edge content.
These programs help business owners to identify where their talents and passions lie, and how to use them to make their business grow. The interactive nature of the programs promotes collaboration and sharing of insights among the participants. Participants not only learn from each other in the workshops, they form friendships that continue beyond the sessions.
Between the quarterly workshops, Partnership Program members will work with a CEO, Inc. Business Coach to maintain clarity and focus on implementing the workshop topics into their business routines. This relationship offers the business owner continued support and assistance in development of their business. The Coach will assist in setting goals, creating plans to meet them and accountability to assure their success.
Qualifications
To participate in the CEO, Inc. Partnership Program individuals must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience operating a successful business
- Have earned a minimum personal net income of $100,000 in the last calendar year
- Be committed to promoting change in yourself and your organization
- Be a business owner or professional in your own practice
FAQ's
Why is there a required income level to qualify for the program?
One of the great benefits of the Partnership Program is being able to network and collaborate with peers who have experienced similar levels of success. Business owners with comparable incomes tend to have analogous challenges, experiences, and focus.
What if I can't attend a workshop?
One of the key benefits of the Partnership Program is the opportunity to meet face to face with your peers. Refunds are not given for participants who cannot attend a session. There will be re-scheduling opportunities and numerous efforts will be made to provide the business owner with content from the session. If rescheduling is not possible a coaching session will be provided to keep the participant abreast of the session content.
Who will my coach be?
Coaches in the program are all extensively trained in the program materials as well as how to assist participants to use the material to initiate change in their organizations. Coaches who provide 1 on 1 coaching also attend each quarterly workshop, which extends the coaching relationship.
What happens in the workshop?
The workshop begins at 8:00 a.m. and runs to 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are served and breaks are taken throughout the day.
In the workshops you will:
- Participate in activities and exercises that will give you an objective and strategic look at your business and your life
- Network and share insight with other entrepreneurs and business owners
- Review your business's progress and plan for the upcoming quarter
- Focus solely on your business away from the normal day to day demands of your company
Fees for Program
Partnership Program fees include the quarterly in-person workshops and monthly coaching calls. The fees for a one-year contract are $695 per month, paid at the start of each month. The fees are a tax-deductible business expense providing value in growing your business.
